What You’ll Be Operating (Depending on Experience)

  • Class B Equipment Haulers
  • Forestry Mulcher – Skid
  • Forestry Mulcher – Excavator
  • Excavator (Dirt Work)
  • Dozer
  • Motor Grader
  • If it rips, tears, pushes, or levels—we’re using it.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not hiring bodies. We’re building a team. Here’s what we’re after:

Clean Class A or B CDL

A clean (or explainable) driving record

Proven experience with heavy equipment (see list above)

A current DOT Medical Card

Responsible and consistently on time

The ability to work independently without a babysitter

Incredible attention to detail

A sense of pride in a job well done

A desire to keep all equipment clean and well maintained

What Happens Next?

  • Driving history & certifications
  • Previous employment (past 3 years minimum)
  • Any prior commercial driving roles (past 10 years)
  • A quick background and reference check (standard stuff)
  • Agreement to our Drug & Alcohol SOP (safety is no joke)
